Our story began with Bill “Bigfoot” Steiner, a hard-working tradesman in the concrete industry who recognized a need for stronger, safer support under heavy equipment. Instead of relying on imported materials or cookie-cutter designs, Bill decided to build something better — outrigger pads engineered for strength, stability, and safety.
That hands-on experience is still at the core of everything we do. Bill’s two sons — both veterans of the utility and construction trades — spent years as tree trimmers, Journeyman Linemen, and crane operators, using the same type of equipment our pads now support. They understand firsthand what it takes to keep crews safe and machines stable.
