The terms of our Lifetime Guarantee will not apply if:
- The product is not manufactured by Bigfoot Construction Equipment, or the product is altered in any way by an entity other than Bigfoot.
- The Bigfoot Construction Equipment product is defective due to misuse or use for purposes other than that which the product is intended for.
- The Bigfoot Construction Equipment product is defective due to negligence or failure to properly maintain the product.
- The Bigfoot Construction Equipment product is used to span gaps or voids.
- The Bigfoot Construction Equipment product is damaged during storage, mishandling, or any abuse by the end user.
- The Bigfoot Construction Equipment product is damaged due to normal wear and tear or unreasonable use.
*** Customizations of any kind, including but not limited to Big Grip, Safety Texture, Logo engraving, Stop Bars, Side Rails, Handles, are not covered by the Lifetime Guarantee. ***
